Weekly Meditation & Talks

Regular group meditation is an important part of Zen practice. We offer sitting meditation for members on Saturday at 9am-10am Pacific Time (with Dharma Talk & Discussion).  At this time the Saturday session is only offered online, via Zoom. Other time periods are generally for members only – please
contact us before attending for the first time so we can assess your meditation experience.

Retreats

SCZO will offer one-day and longer retreats from time to time. These retreats can be great opportunity to go deeper in your practice. One-day retreats in particular can be a particularly good say to go deeper without taking too much time out of your busy schedule. Stay tuned for announcements as to when these will take place, what the cost of attendance will be, and so on.
